FILE OF LIFE

The File of Life is a mini medical record that enables EMT's, paramedics, firefighters, and police officers to obtain helpful information in cases where the patient is unconscious or is unable to speak. It comes in a red refrigerator magnet with a plastic pocket. In the plastic pocket is a tri-fold form on which you can record your medical information. Keep your information up to date!
